How to Rent

Reservation
Check Availability & Request a Booking Please submit your request via our Inquiry Form. Since we do not have a real-time calendar on our website, we will manually check our fleet’s availability for your requested dates.
- If available: We will send you a confirmation email to finalize your booking.
- If fully booked: We will suggest alternative dates or different vehicle types that are available.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 3 business days.

Arrival at Miyazaki Airport
Upon your arrival at Miyazaki Airport, we provide a Free Shuttle Service to our office (approx. 3 mins drive).
- Meeting Point: Once you have collected your luggage, please call us or message us. Our staff will pick you up at the designated airport waiting area.

Registration & Payment
At our office, we will check your documents and explain the important rental terms.
- Payment: We accept Cash or Credit Cards.
- What to bring: 1. Passport 2. Valid International Driving Permit (Geneva Convention 1949)

Vehicle Check & Departure
Together with our staff, you will check the car for any existing scratches and learn how to operate the vehicle (Navigation, ETC, etc.). Then, you’re ready to start your Miyazaki drive!

Return
Please return the car to our office at the scheduled time.
- Fuel: Please return the vehicle with a full tank of gasoline. There is a gas station (ENEOS) right in front of our office for your convenience.
- After return, we will drop you off at Miyazaki Airport for free.
Important Notes & Insurance
1. Requirements for Driving
You must present your Passport and a Valid International Driving Permit (1949 Geneva Convention). Without these, we cannot provide a vehicle.
2. Insurance & Coverage
The following insurance is included in the Standard Rate. However, in the event of an accident, the customer is responsible for the “Deductible” (Out-of-pocket cost).
- Bodily Injury: Unlimited
- Property Damage: Unlimited (Deductible: ¥50,000)
- Passenger Injury: Up to ¥30,000,000 per person
Optional: Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
By paying an additional fee (+¥1,000 to ¥2,000 per day), the ¥50,000 Deductible for Property and Vehicle damage will be waived (reduced to ¥0).
- We highly recommend joining CDW for your peace of mind.
Non-Operation Charge (NOC)
If the vehicle is damaged and needs repair/cleaning, the customer must pay a fixed fee as compensation for business interruption, regardless of insurance or CDW:
- If the vehicle can be driven back to the office: ¥20,000
- If the vehicle cannot be driven: ¥50,000
3. Accident Procedure
- Call the Police (110) immediately.
- Contact our office. Note: Failure to do both will void all insurance coverage, and the customer will be liable for the full cost.
4. Fuel & Return
- Refill: Return the car with a full tank of gasoline. Please use the ENEOS gas station located directly in front of our office.
- Receipt: Show the refill receipt to our staff.
5. Smoking Policy
- We have both Smoking and Non-Smoking vehicles.
- Smoking in a “Non-Smoking” vehicle will result in an additional cleaning fee.
6.Cancellation Policy
- 7 to 2 days before: 50% of the total rental fee.
- On the day / No show: 100% of the total rental fee.
- Cancellations due to natural disasters (typhoons, etc.) or flight cancellations will not be charged.
